George Lansley was a member of The Vampire High Council. He was the person behind the plan of a breather farm. He was the one who took Ingrid's spot on the High Council. He was killed by Vlad.

- At one point he said "Oh for the love of Buffy". Buffy Summers is the title character of the popular American TV series Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1997-2003). Lansley is either possibly a fan, or over the years phrases like this have become regular vampire slang.
